Communication is key in our return process, and returns will only be accepted if communication is established first. Our products will be documented with photos before they are shipped out to ensure their quality and can be provided to you for your reassurance.

- What is the Joya Jewelries return policy?
If return is necessary, please send us clear photos of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can return the item and get a full refund after our communication and confirmation.
Once we have communicated and the item's conditions have been confirmed you have 5 business days from our first communication to return the item. Shipping will be covered by Joya Jewelry (see more details below)!
2. How do I return an item?
Of course we strive to make sure you will be happy with our product, however in the case that you are not, and it is our mistake, there will be a full refund. In order to ensure you get a refund please follow the instructions below:
- Initiate communication with Joya Jewelry within 24 hours of the item's delivery.
- Send us clear photographs to document what you find to be wrong with our product (ex: wrong color, damage during shipping etc.) and clearly state it in words as well.
- Your email will be processed and the condition of the item will be assessed within 2 business days.
- After the assessment and the damage is our fault, then a full refund will be issued to you.
- After the assessment, the item(s) must be shipped back within 5 business days to get a full refund.
- The item must align with the Conditions of Return section below in order to be accepted as a return.
Conditions of returns:- Item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you (i.e. with all pieces it was packaged, no damage or wear).
- Item must be returned with original packaging.
- Item cannot appear used or altered outside of the listed item condition or how to was received.
- To get a full refund, the item, when received by us, cannot be damaged beyond what was discussed in our communication. If it is then a partial refund will be issued.
- If we receive a return that has been damaged to the point that we cannot use it, and the damage is more than what was outlined in our communication, then a partial refund will be given. Please package your return well so we can avoid these situations.
